We love cats – and we’re committed to ensuring every feline patient feels as comfortable and stress-free as possible while in our care.

Cats are naturally sensitive to changes in their environment, and a trip to the vet can sometimes feel overwhelming. By recognising this, we’ve introduced measures to make their journey to us – and their visit – as calm and reassuring as possible.

We’ve met strict standards to achieve our silver accreditation, demonstrating that we:

  • Understand the needs of cats and work hard to make every visit as cat-friendly as possible
  • Handle and approach cats with care, following iCatCare guidelines for feline-friendly handling and nursing care
  • Have invested in specialised equipment to cater for the unique needs of our feline patients
  • Have a dedicated Cat Advocate on our team to oversee and promote cat-friendly care at our practice
